How it Works
When you sign up to use the Bluebulb Advertising website, you'll be given a username and password. These will allow you to access your personalized menu of promotional material choices. From the menu, you may select the promotional piece of your choice to advertise any listing you wish. (Though please note that different types of pieces require different numbers of property photos). Once you've chosen a piece, simply fill out a few short forms about your listing (we promise it's painless) and click the button marked "Create..." We encourage you to check over your promotional piece as soon as it has been created - you can change details and/or wording to make sure each piece is just the way you want it as long as you stay on our website.

Once you've created a promotional piece, it will be yours to print, save, e-mail, and distribute to whomever you choose. There are no limitations on the number of copies that can be printed or the number of people you can e-mail copies to if you so choose. Be sure to keep a copy on your computer. If you need to reduce the price or change the MLS number later on, just come back to the website and click the "Modify an Existing Advertisement" option at the bottom of your promotional choices menu.

We realize that managing the way your clients perceive you is one of the most important aspects of your job. (That's the reason we're here, after all.) In that spirit, we have designed our system so that your personal information can appear in exactly the way you want it to. Each of our designs has space set aside for your personalized contact information, your photograph or personal logo, your company logo, or anything else you'd like to display. When we create your account, we make sure that you approve each template. This way, you can ensure that each piece will look the way you want and that your contact information is correct and properly formatted. Personal service like this means that it may take some time to setup your account at first, but we think you'll find the results worth waiting for.

How Much it Costs
For a low monthly fee of just $15.00, you'll receive the following:
  • A personalized login to access a personalized menu of promotional material choices
  • Promotional material based on templates that you have approved
  • An unlimited quantity of this material per billing period
